SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Every day, we deliver to hundreds of clients across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our shipping team for dispatch within 24 - 48 hours after the order is placed. 
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse in Orlando, FL to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7 - 10 business days. United States orders are shipped by USPS or UPS. After processing and leaving our warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 7 days to arrive at their US destination depending on which shipping method you selected. 

    • If you live outside of the United States, we'd recommend ordering in bulk to lower your shipping rates per package.
